How We Work.

  • Project Funding.

Bahamas WTP secures funding for each project, with each amortized through Power Purchase Agreements over time frames negotiated with the Government.

  • Manpower.

Bahamas WTP policies promote the recruitment of Island locals whenever possible to ensure that a steady stream of highly qualified/technically trained personnel are available to fulfill staffing needs, from line management to control room operators to maintenance personnel.

  • Technology.

    • Plant connectivity and physical network access provided by global, Tier 1 network operators, allowing the Company to maintain secure, resilient, and dynamic connectivity to each plant.
    • Edge compute & network storage technologies allowing for low-latency data analysis and increased application performance, while minimizing risk and reducing operational costs.
    • Network & Infrastructure Security across the ecosystem using a multi-layered, global defense strategy that combines in-plant infrastructure controls with pervasive, network-integrated security layer.
    • Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) using smart sensors and predictive analytics throughout the ecosystem to provide continuous system monitoring and preventative maintenance, delivering unprecedented levels of efficiency, productivity, and performance.
